Price include all household bills: Water, Gas, Electic, Council tax, fast Wireless broadband, kitchen towels, toilet roll etc the list goes on.

The house is exactly 5 minutes walk to Southgate Station (Picadilly line) and many busses. Walking distance to ASDA Pure gym, fusion Gym and Mark Spencer's are also local as is the high street.

I am a working professional who loves the occasional BBQ which your welcome to join.
