This is a single room to rent in a family household, for mon -fri let. It's in a large edwardian house located approx 10 mins from Piccadilly Line tube(Wood Green or Bounds Green ) and Bowes Park and Palmers Green over ground stations+many bus routes. Easy access to A406, M25, M1 and M11.
We are situated close to shops and amenities, parks and Alexandra palace. The room is furnished with bed , wardrobe, bedside unit etc. Amenities include sky tv ,free wifi , use of washing machine , large kitchen, large south facing garden with a studio room . Parking in the street and area is free .
We have 2 family pet dogs 1 small chihuahua x and a medium soft coated wheaten terrier. Both dogs are very friendly, however, they will not bother you if you do not want them to.
We are looking for a short term let ONLY.
