We're Looking for a down to earth, tidy and easy going professional female. The house has recently undergone refurbishment throughout. There is a south facing garden, broadband/cable TV, large kitchen lounge, balcony. The property is located within a short walk to palmers green station and on a residential street with ample free parking. All bills are included in the price.

We're all professionals: A crime scene investigator, tour guide and post production professional. 1 male and two females in mid twenties and early thirties.

There are excellent transport links with an 8 minute walk to Palmers green station with regular trains to central and the city (Kings Cross and Moorgate) and also quick links to central London via nearby Zone 3 Piccadilly line. (25 minutes from Woodgreen to Leicester Square). The area is well connected with the A10, north circular (A406).

There are a number of parks, restaurants and cafes a stone throw away and the local town centre has banking, pubs, Shisha, coffee and groceries stores (Starbucks and Waitrose)
