A lovely double room is available in a spacious 2-bed terraced house sharing with 1 other person.
The room is of a large size, furnished with a double bed and 2 wardrobes. Other rooms are a shared bathroom with bath and in-bath shower, kitchen (new ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer), dining room and living room. There is also a garden with a patio and table and chairs.

The house is ideally situated 5 minutes walk from Southgate tube station (Piccadilly line) and local shops and restaurants. It takes around 25 minutes to get into central London.

On street parking is available with a resident permit.

Bills come to around £150 a month (council tax, water, tv licence, internet, gas and electricity).

I am a teacher at a local school and I am looking for a female housemate who is friendly and sociable and would enjoy a glass of wine at home and occasional evening out. I would also like someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of the house.
