Very close to high road and amenities like waitrose, morrisons, drugstore and pubs and also with the benefit of a lovely broomsfield park. The flat is very well manteined and clean, open plan kitchen and living room. We offer a unlimited land line calls abroad and high speed internet. You'll be asked to pay one month deposit upfront plus £105 per week. All bills are included.
The room is available on the 18 of August and viewings can be organized by now. We looking for a young professional, no smoker, with a sense of organisation, responsability, and sociable. Needs to be full-time worker, and have references from previous landlord.
