Hello guys! I'm renting my room since the 15th of July until September as I'm back to Spain this period to work there. It is a lovely, very luminous and big room totally furnished in a three floors house located in Wood Green.
The house has a kitchen, a living room, one storage room, the garden and 1 bedroom in the first floor. At the second floor it has 2 bedrooms (one of them is mine), 1 storage room and one shower room, and at the third floor we find 2 more bedrooms, another storage room and the second bathroom.
There are 5 more people living in the house, professionals of nursing and hostelry, friendly, non-smokers and very responsible, all of them spaniards.
I'm the renter so no fees are required or other costs, only the deposit which is 180£. All the BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price.
It will be possible rent the room per weeks and the price will be 140£. If it's rented per month the price is 600£. Also it's possible to share the room as well and the price is 700£ pm / 160£ pw.
