Hey There!

We've got a lovely, bright, unfurnished dbl room available that has its own private south facing balcony with a view over London.

We are Emma and Colin. I'm a voiceover agent. Colin is a recruitment agent.
We have been house mates for 4 years.

Sociable, fun but fairly quiet types (in the house anyway). Not OCD clean freaks but house proud. The house is stunning. 4 bed, fully furnished with an open planned living space, brand new kitchen with everything a kitchen could desire inc a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. There is another seperate living space which rarely gets used and oh bonus - we have swings in our large private gdn.

Large upstairs bathroom with waterfall shower and seperate huge tub, downstairs WC.
Weekly cleaner included in the rent.

Also living with us is Issy and Boo, two cute rescue cats that aren't much trouble. So if you don't like cats then this isn't the house for you.

I'm out a fair bit in the evenings, at home most days working. I run my voiceover agency from home. Colin, if at home tends to not venture out of his man cave as he's a dedicated gamer.

Its about the same distance to Southgate tube and Palmers Green, 10-15mins walk. Free street parking. Plenty of bus routes. Its pretty speedy to get into the West End, and Palmers Green is a lovely area, quiet with plenty of parks, restaurants, pubs / beer gardens etc to enjoy.

We all have to move out on 31st of March 2017. Potentially we can move together into another similar property in the area or go our separate ways.
