Unfurnished room available in lovely 3-bed house, located on quiet road. 5min walk to Anerley station, 9min walk to Penge East, and 10min to Crystal Palace station. 3min walk to Crystal Palace Park.

We really love the house and the landlord is good to deal with, very quick to respond to things.

Double, airy room is a good size and comes unfurnished.

House has a big living-room, with an open, working fire (lovely in the winter), 2 sofas and a dining table. Kitchen is a decent size, with a little table to sit and eat at.

We are both professionals. We have struck a good balance of being independent, living our own lives, whilst also enjoying the occasional meal and catch-up in the house.

We are looking for someone who will participate in looking after the house and be considerate, as we like to keep it as a cosy home and we are a fairly calm and laid back house (no late parties, the odd dinner party).
