The House:
3 double bedroom Victoria House on a quiet residential road in Earlsfield.
7 mins walk from Earlsfield station (12 mins overland to Waterloo) and all Garratt Lane amenities i. e. lovely local pubs, restaurants, cafes and random little shops or more mainstream Tesco and Sainsburys Locals.

The room: - large double bedroom available furnished or part-furnished.

Shared bathroom with one flatmate only with bath and powerful shower (as the other room has its own en-suite bathroom).

Kitchen/dinner:- large family sized, fully equipped kitchen, with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and plenty of work space. Dinning table and chairs.

Sitting room x 2:- Double sitting room, big comfy sofa, TV, chairs, DVD, Sky & internet.

Patio garden:- its not yet landscaped but it's a sun trap.

Rent:- £800 pcm (including council tax, water rates and contents insurance). All other utilities are extra, including cleaner(circa £100 pcm or below). (For couples the rent would increase to £850 p. c. m).

We want to live with someone (male or female) that has a social life but also, when home, likes spending time with their flatmates and a glass or wine/beer or two, is fun, laid back and easy going, and is also clean and tidy! Also, any new flatmates must like cats (our two cats are gorgeous but they are the boss!).

No preference if a smoker or not, but no-one smokes in the house (this is non-negotiable) only the garden.
