The loft bedroom

We have a stunning loft apartment on the top floor of a Victoria era house, available from 1 February for a professional late-twenties/thirties + outgoing guy/girl in our house share. to join our friendly and relaxed home.

We are 2 girls, and 1 guy (Ashleigh, Dean and Hannah) in our twenties and thirties, and are all into the usual things: seeing friends, travel, pubs, sports... especially football and rugby etc. We are a fairly social household enjoying trips to the local pubs or having drinks at home currently, however we are also quite busy with work and other things. We are keen to find someone who is easy going, clean and respectful to common areas, and social like us. We also have a small dog Terry!

The room occupies the entire top floor loft conversion and consists of a large bedroom with super king double bed, its own en-suite (with a waterfall shower) plus ample under the eaves storage. There is also a separate additional shared room on this floor which is used as a home office space for those who want to work from home and need a separate space The room is priced at 995 pcm + bills in average around £100 pcm (WiFi, TV, gas/electricity).

The house has a shared lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom shared with 2 others and back yard with a cosy sitting/BBQ area, and storage shed. We have Now TV and super fast wifi internet, dishwasher and all the mod cons.

All bills are in addition and shared equally.

The location is in Sudlow Road, a quiet conservation street of Victorian houses. We are 8 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town Overground (15 mins to Waterloo) and East Putney tube station (district line). Putney really is a safe and lovely area to live with great transport links, pubs, restaurants, several gyms and our house is two minutes from Wandsworth Park and the river, perfect for the heat wave!
