Large Double Room with En-Suite for Rent - Putney

Hi!

We have a double room to rent in a lovely flat in Putney.
Sadly after living in the flat for a number of years, I am moving out and leaving my wonderful housemates, to move in with my boyfriend down the road. We are looking for a female who is sociable, considerate and will enjoy having the odd dinner and glass of wine with the girls!

The flat is spacious and light, with three great sized double rooms (no shoe boxes!), wooden floors, one bathroom, an additional separate toilet and the room for rent has a very modern en-suite (so minimal fighting for the shower), kitchen and living room.

There is also a front garden perfect for BBQs, large back communal gardens and a 1 car parking space for off road parking, although my existing housemate uses it for her car, when she is home. Also out the back of the property is a small sheltered space that is ideal for storing a bicycle.

The flat is a 10 min walk from Putney High Street shops and bars and overground station, which takes 10 mins to Vauxhall for the Victoria Line, or 15 mins to Waterloo. It is approx. a 12 minute walk to East Putney district line also.

A bit about the girls - they are both in their mid-late twenties and work in central London. Gaelle is French and works as a manager for Loreal, and Carmen works for Bupa and loves to cook. We are looking for a similar minded person, who is sociable but also respectful, tidy and reliable with rent, bills, etc. The flat isn't a party flat, but we enjoy spending time together when we can. We all have our own social lives, and try to keep the noise down when coming home late!
