We're a really friendly bunch with a big double room available in our house. You'll be sharing 2 kitchens, lounge, 3 bathrooms, super fast wifi, Virgin TV, a backyard, a BBQ and good times with us all.

Although it seems like a lot of housemates, rarely will you see more than 2/3 of us at a time as the house is split into 3 floors. You'll never be waiting to use the kitchens or bathrooms. The house never feels crowded, everyone does their own thing but we are all good friends and have a good time watching telly and going out for a drink (or two)!

Room - £585 per month in advance, plus 4 weeks for the deposit. Ideal for a single person who wants a big room for a good price! Just to clarify after a few questions, the first payment you make will be 1 month's rent upfront plus the deposit.

The house is situated just off Dover House Road in Putney, within a two minute walk from the 430 bus which goes to Putney Station/Putney High Street in 5 minutes, or a 10 minute walk to Barnes station with trains which go to Waterloo in 20 minutes. East Putney tube station is 10 mins by bus or a 20 min walk. There are plenty of shops and and a gym close by too.
