We are looking for a new housemate to join our home in East Putney! Sorry girls but we're looking for a guy to keep the balance.
The house has great transport links and is a 7 min walk to East Putney tube and a 10 min walk to Putney Overground. Putney has loads of great pubs and bars. We are very close to Wandsworth Park, 3 minutes from the Thames, and the area has lots of sports clubs and gyms.
The room is £700 per month (incl bills), the room is a good size, and we have a large living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner and a garden.
We are all working professionals and we are looking for someone easy going, fun, sporty and sociable.
