We are looking to rent out a room in our house. The room is a double room with separate bathroom to the main bathrooms in the rest of the house. There is also a semi exclusive living room located on the same floor as the bedroom. Located on separate floor to all other bedrooms. There is even a separate front door on this floor. The kitchen will be shared, as will the main living room.

All bills included, including a weekly cleaner who cleans all the communal areas and broadband.

Just to note - We do have a very friendly cat who spends the majority of his time outside in the garden.

We are both professionals and are looking for another professional to rent the room.
