We have 2 cosy double bedrooms (exactly the same size) going in our 5 bedroom house as 2 housemates are moving out separately.

They are available 24th August and we will be holding viewings Wednesday 30th July 2014.

We do not expect you to have a room buddy, you can come by yourself if you want to see an individual room - We just thought it would be easier to advertise at the same time to fill them both!! :)

The House:

The house benefits from a large shared kitchen/lounge where we mainly cook and watch TV together. There is also a large rear garden, which is fantastic for BBQ's in the glorious sunshine.

The room is a double room with a built in wardrobe included and will be located on the top floor a good sized bathroom with bath/shower. Currently there is a washine machine up here but downstaris is a rather fancy tumble dryer for you to use at your leisure.

Housemates:

Currently living here are 3 guys and 2 girls with in their twenty-somethings with various professional positions and we a social bunch and very friendly.

I have been living in this property for over 2. 5 years as I am moving to North London with my boyfriend but I am sad to be leaving! The other housemate is moving out as she has bought a place of her own.

Location:

The location is safe and amongst a Heath so the surrounding woodland area is very relaxing. Our house is 15 minute walk away from bustling Putney high street where there are lots of shops and retailers, pubs (all 25 of them!) and things going on in Putney so there is always something to do.

Travel:

Putney is also excellent for travel with 1 main trainline and 2 tube stations and so many bus connections you never find it hard to get home after work or a night out.

Rent/Bills:

All bills are inclusive within your rent so you DO NOT have to pay extra for council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband as well as Sky TV: It's all included!!! For this price the bedroom is the most amazing value you will find for this area and why it is so important we find a friendly and honest housemate who loves this house as much as we do.

We do ask for a £500 holding/bond which you will get back should you need to move out and someone replace you.
