Come and join our fantastic four bedroomed new(ish) terraced house in Putney by the Thames and Wandsworth Park complete with access to shared pool & gym.

We are looking for a replacement housemate to fill a room in our place and become part of the household. Room includes double bed, chest of drawers & wardrobe and shares a bathroom with just one other bedroom.

Ideally you’ll be mid/late twenties – early thirties, active and easy going male or female renting as a single.

We’re looking for someone who will be clean and tidy and enjoy the house as much as we do. The house is split over three levels with a very large living room and kitchen on the first floor. The gym and pool we share with the entire development but are very rarely busy. The house is also right next to Wandsworth Park and the Thames and equally close to Wandsworth Riverside Quarter development with a corner shop, two restaurants and pub a stone’s throw away.

There is a Thames Clipper boat service leaving 200m from the front door straight to the city, and it’s an equal 10min walk to Wandsworth Town & Putney rail stations, as well as East Putney and Putney Bridge District Line tube stops.

Rent £650 pcm plus bills (c.£50 pcm). Six week deposit required. Available from start of September.
