I am looking for 2 flatmates to join me in renting this brilliant house situated just minutes walk from Putney Heath & Richmond Park.

It is within easy walking distance to Barnes Station and a 30 minutes walk to Putney Station. It is well serviced with a regular bus service to Putney High Street and enjoys direct access to the A3. The Conservation Area boasts its own shops and restaurants.

The house has 3 good sized double bedrooms, all with good storage space. There is also a fourth room which has previously been used a home office - would be ideal for someone who works from home.

I am moving from Somerset to London to take up a new job, and am looking for flatmates who respect one another's privacy, but would also be up for a beer or two sometimes! I have a young dog, so would be happy for other dogs to move in too.
