My lovely flatmate is leaving London and her room is available. Double en suite in 2 bed flat 5 min walk from Earlsfield station. Open plan eat in kitchen with large lounge. (Pics of bed and bathroom on the way)

Will be sharing with me a 35 professional female.

This is a lovely home to chill out and relax in after a long day's work...deffo not a party pad.

Looking for someone with a busy independant life in London who is tidy, clean, responsible and respectful of flatmate and apartment...just normal really!

Nice landlord too.

Bills under £100 pp exc cleaner fortnightly.
Agency will need to do reference checks and your name will be added onto the tenancy agreement.
