Sharing with 3 friendly girls, this three storey house has a large spacious lounge leading through to a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. It also has one bathroom with a really good pressured shower and two more separate toilets with hand basins on both the ground and top floors.

Outside is a patio with table and chairs for enjoying the summer evenings and also space for bikes.

Situated just a road away from the river and five minutes from the main high street, this house is on a quiet residential street, yet a stones throw away from some of Putney's best pubs.

It is ideally suited for a young professional, no couples, male or female aged 26 upwards, who is looking for a home as we do like to share a bottle of wine or have dinner together every now and then.

The room has two built in wardrobes, but the new housemate will need to provide their own bed and other bedroom furniture. The rest of the house is fully equipped, despite being rented as unfurnished, thanks to the kindness of past housemates.

Bills and utilities come to about £80 a month which includes Council Tax, gas, water, electricity & wireless broadband. We also chip in for a cleaner twice a month to keep the place spic and span.
