One room is available in a lovely houseshare in Putney from approx 18 July (but can be later). Rent is £792 per month, including all bills (water, BT broadband, electricity, TV, council tax etc).
The house is a Victorian terrace with high ceilings. It has a large open-plan living room / dining area, medium-sized kitchen and small garden. It's a great location, just two minutes walk from the river with good tube, overground & bus links. The room is large with a double bed and lots of storage.
We are a friendly, fairly independent house, keen on cycling & rowing, looking for a similar individual (male or female) aged around 26-35.
