Now that our flatmate is moving out to live with her significant other, we have a room available in our laid-back and friendly flatshare.

About the room:

Your room is a decent-sized double with lots of natural light. Basic furnishing is included - double bed, side table, and storage.

You also get sole use of the family bathroom, which includes a lovely claw-foot bath with shower attachment.

Our flat:

We live in a lovely large flat with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a nice big living room with a dining room table, as well as a comfy area to relax in front of the TV with a cup of tea (or glass of wine!).

The separate kitchen is fully fitted with the usual appliances as well as a dishwasher.

There is a large communal garden, and plenty of permit parking available just outside the flat.

The flat is 10 mins walk from Putney station, and 15 mins from East Putney tube. Putney high street has a good variety of pubs, restaurants and shops as well if you want to stay local.

About us:

Bec (an Aussie robotics sales specialist) and Kate (a Scottish medical technician for the NHS) both enjoy good food and wine, travelling, and going out with friends, however we're not adverse to staying in for a night in front of the box.

We are looking for somebody who is tidy and considerate, and interested in sharing a home with us rather than just renting a room.
