1 double bedroom in an absolutely lovely 3 bed house with 2 wonderful housemates. One works at an art gallery and the other at a hospital, both work pretty standard 9-5 days. House is rented through a private landlord whose really great and the house is very much a home. Both housemates are clean, tidy, quiet, friendly and although both have their own groups of friends share dinner/wine together fairly regularly. Looking for another female (sorry boys) to join the house who would fit in with this!

The house is A bright and open layout on a quiet street with back garden bordering local allotments. Definitely feels like you've escaped the city at the end of the day. The bedroom available is on the first floor of the house and shares A Juliet style bathroom with a roll top bath with the other upstairs room. There is also a shower/utility room downstairs with washing machine and tumble dryer too. There's also a separate toilet downstairs.

Commuting to both Putney and Barnes train stations are within a short distance and access to the A3 for vehicles is 5 minutes away. 430 bus just around the corner which gets you in to Putney in 5/10 minutes. Putneys about a 20 min walk away but this is why the rents a bit cheaper! 72 bus to Hammersmith is also 5 mins away which is a handy route to have close by. Street parking and always a spot. Beautiful open spaces such as Richmond Park, Putney Heath, Putney Common and Barnes Common all within walking distance.

Bills come to around £80 for month including council tax, electric, water, gas, Internet etc.

Landlord requires reference from previous landlord and also current employer.
