I'm moving out of our lovely flat on Putney Heath so I'm looking for one really nice woman to take over my modern sizable double room.

I'm moving due to a new job in Leeds. You would be sharing a purpose built first floor flat with a quiet 29 year old medical secretary.

The flat has entryphone access, a lift and its own front door. The room has two double floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes and is double glazed and carpeted.

If you want it I am selling a small set of drawers and a set of shelves, although this is optional.

The whole flat was redecorated less than a year ago, and has extensive storage, plus a balcony overlooking the communal gardens.

There's a good sized furnished lounge and the kitchen has plenty of room to cook, a large fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and new shower which is really relaxing at the end of the day.

Bills are around £100 each for (un-metred) water, gas, electricity, phone and broadband and you will be lucky to be in the Wandsworth council tax area which is the lowest in London.

I've loved living in this flat, it's a great two person home, and my housemate is a kind and easy person to live with.

There are three buses (85, 170, 493) running on the main road outside our block which are really frequent.
