Hi, I have a good sized double bed room available (no couples please) in a 2 bed flat with garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath/ shower. All rooms are spacious, it's very light and tastefully decorated throughout.

Location:
Situated on a very quiet leafy street between Burntwood lane and Magdalene road, 12 mins walk to Earlsfield station, 15 mins walk to Wandsworth common station, a few mins walk to the shops, restaurants and bars on Bellevue Rd (including a Sainsbury's local) opposite Wandsworth common. There’s a bus 3 times/hr within 2 mins walking distance that takes you to Clapham south station/ Northcote road.

Flat:
The flat has all the essentials, Sky, broadband, all mod cons. Has a south facing large garden great for sunny summer days and BBQ. It has a new boiler fitted less than 6 months ago (HOT WATER!!) and a trusted weekly cleaner to keep the flat homely and clean.

Price: Its 800 pounds/pcm, which includes all bills, council, cleaner, electric, gas, just need to share the cost of household essentials e. g, loo rolls, cleaning products.

The pictures doesn't do justice to the flat. Its not a party house but a place you would call home. You will be sharing it with me a professional tidy, sociable person in my early 30s who loves cooking and easy to get on with.
