Single room in a beautiful, spacious two bedroom Victorian garden flat situated on one of the best roads in West Putney.

The flat is fully furnished to a very high standard. It has a very large living room with a working fireplace, a modern bathroom with bath and shower, a modern fully fitted kitchen, and nice garden with outside dining space and barbeque. There is also a large cellar which provides extra storage.

The room itself is small but has a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside table, as well as shelving. It is very quiet, backing onto the peaceful garden. Suitable for individuals only, no couples.

We are a professional Italian couple who speak both English and Italian fluently. We work hard so we like to relax at home and enjoy the lovely flat, the garden, and the many nice restaurants and cafes around the flat. We are seeking a clean and tidy flatmate, who is also a professional, to share this wonderful home with.

Salvin Road runs off the Lower Richmond Road and is therefore a short walk from all the excellent facilities of Putney High Street with its many shops, bars and restaurants. Putney mainline and Putney Bridge underground stations are a few minutes away with excellent links to the City and West End. The River Thames is close by, which is wonderful if you like jogging, walking or cycling.

All bills, including broadband, are included in the price. It is a non-smoking house but there is a garden where you can smoke if you wish.
