Double Room Putney

Hello.

My visa is expiring so it's time for me to leave my wonderful home in Putney.

The room: It's a double bed room. It's meant to be unfurnished however I will be leaving the Furntiure as I'm not going to ship it home. So comes with bed, desk, wardrobe, and bedside table. Room has a window overlooking the back yard. Carpet floor. 797. 50£ pm this covers everything. With a 833. 33£ deposit up front.

The house: 3 story town house with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, basement and lovely garden. Garden has a BBQ and bar which we all use heaps in the summer time.

It's 2 mins from Putney rail and 10 mins to Putney bridge or Putney east tube. 2 mins to Sainsbury. Heaps of cool pubs around. The Thames just down the road.

The house mates: 3 x guys = 2 doctors & IT man. 2 x girls = Graphic designer And banker. They are a wonderful bunch of people who have become close friends of mine. I'll be very sad to leave and want to find them a lovely flat mate.
