Double room in sociable flat. Bills included!

Hello! We have a lovely, large double room in our flat in Putney Heath. It is £730 per month (no admit fees) with all bills included. We have a cleaner who does the communal areas once a fortnight.

Deposit is £750 and there is no minimum or maximum stay. The room is available from 16th July; rent is paid on 1st of the month and therefore July's rent would be a pro rata amount of £376. (It would be possible to move in before this date if necessary.)

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and two chests of drawers. The house has two bathrooms and a combined kitchen and living area with two new sofas and a wide screen television.

We are a house of three guys and one girl, all very chilled and friendly. The atmosphere in the house is pretty relaxed and we all enjoy and having a drink together.

We are a 10 minute walk from Putney Station and 15 minutes from East Putney. We are very close to Putney Hill where the 85, 93 and 14 bus run.
