We have a lovely double room up for rent in East Putney which is available NOW!

We are looking for a new housemate who is:

Female, friendly, tidy and a relaxed person who is independent with their own life but enjoys having a chat and watching TV in the evening with the housemates too.

The house is in an amazing location:

East Putney tube station is less than a 5 minute walk away

The Cooperative, Little Waitrose and Sainsbury's Local are all just a two minute walk away.

It is less than a ten minute walk to the train station and High Street where there are dozens of pubs, restaurants and shops. (Including a shopping center.)

Wandsworth is only a 10 minute walk away where you will also find more shops, restaurants and a big cinema.

Nice and safe residential area

Local buses run past, including a night bus. The Bus stops are a 30 second walk away.

The house is a large 4 bedroom house which is completely furnished, in a good state with a garden

The house comes with a parking space (which at the moment, we all share between us should we need it)

The kitchen: We have two fridges and a freezer which gives you plenty of room for food. We have a washer/dryer machine as well.

Lounge: A nice place to hang out with sofas, TV and dining table with chairs.

Bathrooms: A small toilet downstairs and a bigger one with a shower/bath upstairs. Only three of us share the main bathroom so we never have to queue.

Rent is £580pcm. There will be a contract written up by the Landlord's solicitor.

Bills are roughly £40-£50 per month (depending on the time of year)
