Double room for rent in Putney

My name is Ed, I have lived in this great flat for 18 months and now I unfortunately have to move out due to personal circumstances.

I am advertising a double room which is at the back of the house on the ground floor, looking out on to the garden (shown in the photos).

There are currently 2 other tenants in the property as well as myself (two guys, one Brit, one Kiwi). These two are great to live with, even though we are out doing our own thing during the week we often go out together or just stay in at watch TV.

We have an open plan living room and kitchen with plenty of space, a shower room (with bath) and separate toilet. We also have an outside space.

Putney mainline station is about 8 minutes walk and the district line is 15 minutes away to either Putney Bridge or East Putney. There is also a bus outside the property which goes to Clapham or Richmond.

There are two gyms nearby and a yoga studio, also great running and cycling routes by the river. We are near a Sainsbury's local and about a 10 minute walk from the main high street for more shops.

The room is 683 and with bills usually comes to approx. 800 a month.
