Large Bedroom in Putney Garden Flat

Bedroom available in large 2 bedroom flat in Putney. The Flat is located on a ground floor in a quiet Putney neighbourhood 10 minutes walk from Putney East tube station. Bills are about £130-150 a month (council tax, electricity, gas, Sky TV, broadband, water, occasional professional clean).

I'm looking for a young, social professional person to fulfil the rest of my flatmate's contract (5 months) as she is moving in with her boyfriend.

My house mate has described me as a fun, respectful, tidy person to live with. We often cook and eat together or have friends round for dinner or drinks. I enjoy traveling, sport, food, and watching dreadful reality TV. I'm a M&A consultant in the City and my schedule is pretty demanding, but I do make time to socialise and for the occasional romp in the gym. I'm not a very serious person and value anyone with a dry sense of humour. As it is only a two bedroom flat it would be lovely to find someone of a similar mindset.
