Room Available - Flat - East Putney - £700pcm - Available 8th March (possibly slightly earlier)

Sadly my friend/room mate has managed to get himself on the property ladder leaving his room available to rent from the 8th of March in our victorian terrace flat minutes from East Putney tube.

The room itself is a small double (not a box room) with wardrobe and chest of draws. The flat is a good sized two bed with living room, new shower room and kitchen diner. Flat is in a great location on a quite street close to tube, overground and all Putney's amenities.

You would be sharing with me, a 30 year old male. I work in the City selling Marketing Software and lead quite a busy life (work, sports, tips away etc). I enjoy the odd night in the pub or a night on the sofa, in front of the box - but i don't party like i used to! Pretty relaxed and friendly and looking for someone similar - who enjoys the flat in their own time, but in happy in each others company.

Land lord used to live here and is easy going and responsive. Bills are roughly £80 / month each - all the usual already set up. And we have had a slight refurb since the photos were taken.
