We have a fantastic room available to rent from the 5th September 2016 in our large 4 bedroom house. It is a 5 minute walk to East Putney Tube and 10 minute walk to Putney and Wandsworth Town National Rail Stations. You can also take a bus from the top of the street to Clapham Junction station which takes 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. If you're not familiar with the area, there is lots to offer - we are a short walk away from Putney high street, Wandsworth Town and Southside Shopping center where there's a bevy of great restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The river/ Wandsworth Park is just a few minutes walk.

A bit about the room:
It is situated on the third floor of the house and is a very generous size with large windows. It's a bright room with a beautiful fire place and lovely ensuite. It is unfurnished but can easily fit a huge wardrobe, chest/s of drawers and any sized bed you choose!

It has been newly renovated to a very high standard with a huge kitchen, massive lounge and dining area, 3 bathrooms and a separate WC, plus we have our own backyard! Perfect for summer BBQ's and topping up the tan when the weather is right. We also have a cellar which is great for storage. We have a good relationship with our landlord and the lease is 12 months with a 6 month break clause. The property is managed by Townends and all four tenants (including you) would be named on the lease agreement.

A bit about us:
We're 3 professional ladies, two Aussies and a Kiwi and we all work hard and have busy schedules. We're looking for someone easy going, considerate, clean and tidy to move in to complete our home. We're always up for a night out and drinks. We like to keep it fairly low key during the week, gymming, dinners and chilling out in front of TV. We like to socialise with each other whilst also respecting each other's space and we'd hope the new housemate would like to hang out as well.
