Double room available in Hammersmith!

Hello! We are renting a lovely bedroom in our house. We are a house of 5 people between hammersmith (5min walk) and Ravenscourt park station (1 min walk). We all are Spanish but we have been living in london for several years we are 3 easygoing girls and 1 lovely guy looking for our fifth member. Our house is open that means that we don't have lock on the doors and and we try to do a lot of plans together. We are looking for someone to join our little family and not a person who only wants to rent a room and most important clean and tidy. In terms of minimum stay, we want to make clear that we want someone to stay at least till the end of June.

The house has 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, garden, kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet, huge living room. We have lots of things in the house, the kitchen is fully equipped the living room has 3 sofas, big tv, play station and lots of games. We are not a party house, but we like to do parties sometimes and we go out most of the weekends, of course all of us has his own space an peace but we chat a lot and we try not to be bored on our time at home. All of us are professionals and we are quite responsible and we always communicate each other if something is going on.

In terms of what we are looking for is to find someone who matches our personalities and would be part of our life. Preferable professionals and people financially independent.
