Two double rooms to rent with beautiful grounds

Room 1

I am looking for two friendly, tidy and sociable housemates!

My name is Cat, 24, I'm an Aftersales advisor.

This 3 bed flat is based on the ground floor. It has 3 large double bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and separate toilet. The communal grounds are huge, with a meadow which leads onto the river Thames, private tennis courts and landscaped gardens. Meadowside is very secure, quiet and safe and has two car parking spaces availiable. It's a residential area with a coded gate and everyone is friendly.

Each room's rent is £600 a month, however with house bills (water, electricity), Internet and council tax the total cost will come to around£700 a month per room.

My current housemates are moving out at the end of October.

Room 1 faces west so it has a lovely bright light in the evenings. It has a built in wardrobe cupboard. This room comes unfurnished but if you would like a double bed frame it can come with the room.

Room 2 faces east and in the morning the sunshine floods through the double window, it has a lovely view out onto the secluded grass area. This room is also unfurnished but comes with a double bed, if you would like it.
