4 bed HOUSE in East Twichenham, building a family

Me, Nathan (both second year students - BA in Songwriting) and his girlfriend Kelly just got a wonderful 4 bedroom house on the best area in London! It's is right between Richmond and Twickenham. So far, Richmond has been the only place in London where I felt important and appreciated. People are just super friendly and trustworthy, which is very unusual here. This place is 10 min walk from Richmond centre and we have no next door neighbors.
I am from Brazil and they are from South Wales. We want to be a family and support each others on everything we can. There will be many movie nights and we expect to spend a lot of time together with our flatmates. Like having dinner, etc.
There are two rooms (630 pounds and 570 pounds - without bills) available for new people. Our rooms are slightly bigger and we'll pay 700 each. We signed the contract for 2 months (short term) because we want to get the chance to meet our new flatmates before committing to a whole year with someone you might not enjoy the company.
