The flat is in a brilliant central location in beautiful Richmond (minutes to Richmond station, shops, restaurants, bars, riverside, The Green and Richmond Park), and set among well-maintained gardens at the end of a private road, with and access to a communal garden. There is free off road parking.

The flat has a large lounge and has been recently redecorated. You'd be sharing the flat with a socialable professional, working in media, who is looking for someone who is also a professional of a similar age, easy-going and generally relaxed, who wants to treat the flat as a home not just a crash pad, has their own life but also happy to watch a movie/ TV and share a glass of wine.

Flat has Sky TV & broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The room is available from July (sorry, females only and no couples) as my flatmate is sadly moving out due to a change of work circumstances. There could be some flexibility on the move date. The room is partially furnished (wardrobe and drawers-the bed and some of the furniture can be left for a price to be agreed-only 7 months old) and there is additional use of a large cupboard in the hallway.

The rent is 705 p/month, not including bills. Present landlord & employment reference will need to be provided to the letting agency, and there is an agency fee.
