We are looking for a house mate.
About us.
We are both 27, I work in Fashion and my girlfriend works in design from home. We are easy going and want somebody who is of similar culture. We like to go for drinks have people over but this is definitely not a party house as we are both working professionals. We are looking for somebody to share our home with socialise with over a drink and dinner sometimes however we very much have our own lives so need somebody with a similar mentality.
You must be an avid dog lover as we have a Chihuahua called Archie who you will be sharing the house with. He is no hassle however we want somebody who loves dogs not just tolerates them.
Our current Flat mate is moving to L. A. and the room is available from 2nd October.
About the house
It's a 2 bed one bathroom Maisonette very spacious with a lovely garden where we like to bbq on weekends & summer evenings.
About the room
You will be in the master bedroom; the room is furnished with double-bed and wardrobe. The room is honestly a good size and has an original fire place.
About the area
St Margs has a great pub culture and Restaurants. Lots of local independent shops and a stone’s throw away from Richmond Park
Richmond is less than a mile away which offers some amazing restaurants and bars if you want something a bit more exciting, along with being close to Putney and Clapham which offer great night life.
Travel
St Margs Station 0. 2 miles. (Train to Waterloo in 26 minutes)
Twickenham Station 0. 6 miles. (Train to Waterloo in 18 minutes)
Richmond station 1. 3 miles (District/London overground)
Uber from the west end is around £30

To move in you will need to supply one month’s rent for deposit along with that months’ rent, the contract is initially 3 months after this it will be month by month rolling contract, we just ask for a months’ notice if you decide to leave the property. The rent will be paid on the 1st of each month. Bills will be split 3 ways.
