Double bedroom in maisonette: easy walk 2 Richmond
I am a friendly hospital doctor working in London and my spare room is currently available for short term Monday - friday rent. I work fairly long hours and sometimes stay at the hospital when I am oncall, so I am around usually for 3 nights during the week. My girlfriend and I share one bedroom - she is also very friendly.
The spare room is spacious and furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe. Use of the kitchen and living room is included.
There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower.
I'm a pretty tidy person and value the place being kept tidy.
The maisonette is within easy walking distance of Richmond Station 8 mins (mainline, overground, tube) and North Sheen 5 mins (direct to waterloo). The major buses leave from just outside the flat.
The surrounding area is lovely, with easy access to Richmond Park and Kew Gardens, and short walk to the shops and cafes of town.
The development is safe and secure, and there is off-street parking included.
The room is available currently, and until 26th April when our flat-mate is returning from travelling.
