The rent is £1,210/month for single occupancy of the whole flat, excluding the single bedroom which I may need from time to time. The rent includes the bills, cleaner, broadband and share of Council Tax.

The direct debit for energy is currently set £95/month but future price rises will be charged extra to cover your usage.

The rent reduces to £800/ month pro rata if I need to stay in the spare room.

I am looking for a extra-neat and well organised, professional woman who will really appreciate living here.

ME: You would be sharing with me for a week or so (to settle in). I will return from time to time when I need a base in London for a few days.

I am designer/artist; good company, but give you as much privacy as you like.

I love crisps with a glass of red wine and a chat, have lived in Valencia and cook a great Paella!

My interests include yoga, cooking, printmaking and walking.

DIRECT trains from Richmond and Kingston stations to Clapham Junction, Putney, Wandsworth, Vauxhall, Kew, Wimbledon and Waterloo as well as the District to Hammersmith and Overground Lines.

Bike/walk to Teddington over Teddington Lock.

LOCAL: Good local shops, Saturday market, cafes are 3 minutes walk away.
All the big stores in Kingston and Richmond.
