Hi, we are a professionalcouple looking for a single flatmate. It's a ground floor flat with a small garden located a stones throw from Kew Gardens station. We have 2 double bedrooms and are looking for someone to fill the second one. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house has been fully furnished. There is a very large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area all lit up by skylight so the house receives full natural light all year round.

There's a shared bathroom with a bath/shower as well. We also have a shower and bathroom ensuite so would only really use other bathroom for a bath or if guests visit.

Rent cost includes all bills.

My partner works at Sky so we have a free complete Sky bundle and have the occasional Movie night or Walking Dead marathon.

We have a cleaner once a week so no tiresome chore roster, you only need clean up after yourself.
