Large double room available to rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom flat overlooking Kew Gardens. The flat is fully furnished and is a 7 minute walk to Kew Gardens tube station (district line) and a 12 minute walk to Kew Bridge station (mainline into Waterloo). The area is quiet and relaxed and as we are on the top floor very secure. Richmond is a 10 minute bus ride away or a short walk. And the river is 10 minutes away.

There is a shared kitchen and bathroom with all the mod cons, (including a dishwasher) which is very clean and tidy. There is lots of space in the living room with a lovely brick fireplace.

The bedroom available has a double bed and a wardrobe. It's a very bright and spacious room as is the rest of the flat.

Unfortunately due to a family illness I am moving down to Devon so will be moving out at the end of November. I have lived here for 7yrs and if it were not for my change in circumstances I would not want to move. Your new housemate is lovely, she is a working professional and due to the current situation with COVID is working from home.
She is looking for a professional who would like to make this their home for the next 9 months until the end of July 2021. Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful to others.

Rent = 948 including all bills
