Huge house with a room available to rent in a house in Kew Gardens (4 minute walk to District Line/ Overground station and 5-10 minutes by bus to Richmond). The cost is £750 including all bills.

4 professionals: 3 males, 1 female currently live here. 5 bed, 4 bath house with off street parking and a large garden. Large kitchen/diner and living room (with huge smart TV). All bills (including Sky Sports, films and BT Sports) included in rent.

Close to Kew Village along with Richmond only a few minutes away either by bus or tube.

M&S food only a 3 minute walk away along with Tesco and Organic food store in Kew Village only 5 mins.

If you want to live somewhere fun, where your housemates are both respectful of your privacy but also like to hang out together, come on by and have a look at the room. We also like to do house dinners together, be it a midweek curry or a Sunday roast. Welcome to have friends over as the house is HUGE!
