Double room with driveway and amazing flatmates

Sadly our flat mate has coupled up and is getting their own place.

We have a double room with large built in wardrobe.. The house has 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and living room. There is a garden, garage for storing stuff and a downstairs toilet!

Current housemates are English, 1 male and 1 Female and 1 Austrian male, working in Marketing and I. T. Were looking for a social person who enjoys spending time with their flatmates over dinner, tv and a summer bbq. We're not after someone who just wants to lock themselves in their room all the time.

The house has the following white goods: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge plus another large fridge/freezer, microwave. Bills come to around £100 - ã120 month (Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband) .

In addition we'd like someone who likes to live in a clean house (willing to clean up after using kitchen etc) and keeps noise to a reasonable level in the house.
