Good sized room in a very attractive development in Richmond. Your room easily fits a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers and another small unit to house tv etc.

The price includes cleaner (fortnightly), gas, electric, water, council tax, TV (including sky sports and basic movies), Internet (100mb download speed) and a cheap call package (for evenings, weekends and overseas calls)

I am an easy-going guy in my mid-thirties who is only at the property 20 days per month (maximum). I am at work most of the time and in the gym whenever I'm not, so you will have the apartment to yourself most nights until late and to yourself completely at least 10 days a month!

I am a keen chef and cook most nights, mainly healthy food, but I'm not averse to the odd pizza or curry also! I am a part-time smoker (normally only when drinking!) and would be equally happy living with smokers or non-smokers.

I am very clean and tidy, without being OCD about it, I only ask that you water my plants whilst I'm away and replace the milk when you finish it! Other than that, lets chat and see if we think we can get on!

There is a shared front room (I am replacing the awful TV cabinet with a unit which matches the coffee table - This will house my computer, printer etc), bathroom (with separate shower and bath) and a semi-new kitchen (with brand new appliances). In the bedroom, a bed, flat-screen and bedside cabinet and lamp are provided.
