The flat consists of 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs, on the first floor there is a kitchen, lounge and a further bedroom (your room). The bedroom on offer is a good size and furnished.
I have bought a house and I’m moving out. Kat and Patrick will continue at the house.
Bills are not included in the rent, but they are approx. £80 a month, this includes a cleaner who cleans the communal areas. The contract length will be 6 months.
Richmond is a beautiful area, with many large parks and the river runs through the town. Richmond is in Zone 4 with quick access to central London (you can be in Waterloo within 20 minutes). There are great transport options with national rail, London Overground and District line. As you are on the high street you have easy access to many shops and supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc.)
I will be available for weekday evening viewings and on weekends. The Landlord will require your passport details and a copy of your wage slips. The landlord will also require £900 deposit.
