The flat has been recently refurbished with almost everything brand new. The flat consists of a kitchen/dining room with all modern appliances (including a large washing machine, 2 separate fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboards), large living room (with piano if you're of a musical persuasion) and 2 bathrooms. Double glazed throughout.

Location is on a quiet road by the river, only 5 mins walk to Richmond high street and 15 mins walk to Richmond station.

Sharing with 3-4 other professionals (incl live-in landlord) in our 20s and 30s (working in IT, accounting and media). Friendly, relaxed flatshare and we cook and eat together every now and then.

We are ideally looking for someone easygoing/sociable but not too raucous (as it's a quiet neighbourhood), tidy, non-smoking and non-drinking.

Rent is £700 pcm inclusive of all utility bills and internet broadband.
