Double Room in Central Richmond Townhouse

We are looking for a new housemate to move in to our beautiful central townhouse as I am leaving shortly. Ideally I would like to find someone who is able to be slightly flexible with the move in date for sometime in December or first few days of January.

The house is located in a lovely quiet area which has access via a private walkway making it only a couple of minutes walk from the station and town centre
The room is a decent sized light and airy double bedroom which is furnished with a bed and wardrobe. We have a lovely cosy lounge, conservatory and small garden. It's not a typical shared rental and more like a family home.

We are looking for a social but relaxed housemate who thinks of this as her home and fits in well. The remaining housemates are great girls and you couldn't ask for better people to share with.
Rent is £580 pcm paid at end of month along with bills, approx 90 with further energy bills being split between housemates. Sky TV and broadband included.
We have a lovely cleaner who comes every fortnight and is 10 per visit each.

Required prior to move in....
Deposit of 6 weeks rent
£120 agent admin fee and references will be taken so make sure you are able to provide these
£100 deposit for a fob for the private gate (fully refunded when you move out)
