Big bedroom + study room near train station
I'm leaving the house end of March and looking for someone to take over the tenancy agreement for a month and ideally to continue with the new one to be signed off on 28th April.
It's one big double bedroom with dressing room, fireplace (not in function), furnished with a very good bed, a cupboard and a bed table. There is also included a private study room I use as a living and office room with a cupboard, an office desk, a comfortable club chair and an end table.
The 2 rooms are on the first floor, on the garden side.
The house is quite big with 3 other mates, a garden with barbecue and table we enjoy in summer, kitchen fully furnished and all the appliances. There is also a common living room with TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one at the same floor as the rooms to rent with separated toilets.
A cleaner comes every week to clean the common rooms.
Housemates are very nice. The house is quite.
Richmond station (train to Waterloo in 15min, tube to Central London in 20min) is 5min walk, M3 5min drive and Heathrow 40min by public transportation.
Bills are about 140£ a month (Internet, water, cleaner, council tax, electricity and gas).
Please feel free to reach out for any question, get more pictures or to book a visit.
