A lovely large bright and sunny room - one of 3 luxurious bedrooms on the top floor of a huge Victorian family house.

Fully furnished with a French-style chandelier and polished wooden floors, this room has copious amounts of storage space; An extremely large and illuminated built-in wardrobe with an assortment of drawers, a 2 metre hanging rail, shoe shelves and pull-out trouser rail. There is also a full length dressing mirror.

A very comfortable King size (5ft) bed comes complete with mattress topper and quilted protector and has 4 large storage drawers concealed underneath; An antique French marble topped bedside cabinet with antique marble lamp; A glamorous mirror topped art deco drinks table; An 'armoire' containing a Samsung 'smart tv' with wired internet (inc netflix) and shelves for books and magazines - or for any extra plug-in devices that you may have; A fabulous French dressing table with huge gold mirror and a pair of vanity lamps and stool; A vintage desk with more drawers, a directional task lamp and a vintage cane stool and rocking chair. Towels and Egyptian cotton bed linens are available if you wish.

The shared eat-in kitchen is small but well equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools, sink, cooker, fridge, freezer, small dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, blender etc. A spacious shower room with personal storage space and a separate laundry room in the basement with washer, drier, iron and press. All facilities are shared with just 2 others. Access to this self-contained accommodation is through the hallway of our family house.

ALL bills are included in the rent as well as all the basics such as detergents, loo rolls, kitchen towels, light bulbs etc. and a very thorough and reliable housekeeper is employed once a week to empty bins and keep everything spotlessly clean and replenished.

A parking space is available and a private BBQ patio area with table and chairs, sun loungers etc. is also offered and the use of the gardens at the back of the house.

Our beautiful detached house is situated close to the river Thames and Richmond Deer Park. St. Margaret's village is a 5 min walk away with some nice little shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a mainline station to Waterloo and central London. Richmond town is a short walk away across the bridge on the other side of the river with a mainline station, tube (District line) and overground train with connections to the northern and east end boroughs. Easy access to the M3, M4 and Heathrow.

Single professionals only (but no objection to the occasional overnight guest) and unbiased to age, race, gender and sexual orientation.
