The White Room....

One of 3 large fully furnished luxurious double rooms on the top floor of a huge Victorian family house in St. Margarets.

"The White Room' has a spectacular view over the gardens at the back of the house and would be perfect for someone who likes a calm white organised living space. It has a luxurious pocket sprung large single bed that can adapt easily to a super king size if you prefer. There are 2 double wardrobes with an assortment of hanging rails and drawers; full length mirror, window seating, coffee table, cosmetic cabinets, drawers, stool and big white fluffy rug.....Flat screen smart TV, broadband connection and wi-fi.....This room has the added bonus of an unusual little 'pod' built in to create a cosy study area with a desk, swivel chair, lamp, lockable cabinet and filing drawers......A hair drier, white Egyptian cotton bed linens and towels all included if you wish and so ready and easy to move straight into.

There is a small but well equipped eat-in kitchen (separate to our family kitchen) with a breakfast bar and stools, sink, cooker, fridge, freezer, small dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, blender etc. A spacious shower room with personal storage space and a separate laundry room in the basement with washer, drier, iron and press. All facilities are shared with just 2 others.

Access to upstairs is through the hallway of our family house. A parking space is available and the use of the gardens at the back of the house.

All bills are included as well as a professional cleaner who comes once a week and also replenishes towels, loo rolls and detergents to make life easier for everyone!

The house is situated very close to the river Thames and Richmond Deer Park. St. Margaret's village is a 5 minute walk away with some nice little shops, restaurants and pubs as well as a mainline station to Waterloo with regular trains leaving every 15 minutes. Richmond town - on the District line - is a short walk away across the bridge on the other side of the river. The overground can get you into Waterloo in 20 minutes and a cab can get you to Heathrow in about the same time. Nearby is the M3 motorway for the South Counties and coast and also the M4 for the West country. Great location for getting in and out of London in a flash!

Single professionals only (but no objection to the occasional overnight guest) and unbiased to age, race, gender and sexual orientation.
